Dr Joshua Sheedy, Chiropractor – Kurri Kurri & Cessnock
Dr Joshua Sheedy knew he wanted to be a chiropractor early on, from about the age of 12. He loves working with people to help them get back on track and give them hope. Many people believe no matter what they do, their body will just get worse over time.
While the patient might currently be in a really bad situation, Dr Josh lets them know it will get better from here on out, because they’re doing something about it. His mindset is that there’s a way for them to get out of the hole by working together.
Ellyce Ellmoos, Regional Clinic Director – All Practices
Meet Ellyce, our dedicated Regional Clinic Director. Ellyce is currently completing her Master’s Degree in Business, specialising in Health Care Management, she is a passionate professional with a commitment to healthy living and enjoys spending time outdoors, keeping fit and active. Her genuine love for our patients and vibrant energy sets the welcoming tone for all our clinics to feel like home, transforming each client experience into a reassuring step towards well-being.
Ellyce oversees the operations of all of Real Life Chiropractic, creating a culture of well-being for both patients and the Real Life Chiropractic team. Ellyce plays a pivotal role in overseeing the project management of our expanding network of clinics. Her efforts contribute to empowering a greater number of individuals to achieve their optimal health potential, which she is extremely passionate about.
Sarah Jayne, Reception – Kurri Kurri & Cessnock
Sarah Jayne brings a warm and welcoming presence to our Kurri Kurri and Cessnock Clinics as our receptionist. Known for her super friendly manner, Sarah is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels at home from the moment they arrive.
Outside of her professional role, Sarah is passionate about her fitness journey and is committed to her personal health and wellness. Her dedication to a healthy lifestyle is reflected in her enthusiastic approach to her work. A true go-getter with an incredible can-do attitude, Sarah tackles every challenge with determination and a positive outlook.

Dr Elijah Sheedy, Chiropractor – Cessnock
From a young age, Dr Elijah had an interest in natural health solutions. Raised in a health-conscious family, his own life-altering, positive experiences with chiropractic care – and the experiences of his friends and family – built his interest in making it his lifelong passion and career.
Though we’re all individuals, with unique needs, Dr Elijah believes all human bodies have a common goal: to thrive and be the best they can be. The body is an amazing and complex machine, but in a fast and demanding world, everyone needs a little extra support to remove the roadblocks interfering with optimal health to restore our physical wellbeing.

Dr Tam Nguyen, Chiropractor – Morisset
Dr. Tam earned his Master of Chiropractic from Macquarie University 14 years ago and owned his own practice for ten years before joining the Morisset Real Life Chiropractic team. He’s deeply committed to improving community health through chiropractic care, and his welcoming approach ensures that every patient feels at ease.
Dr. Tam’s interest in functional movement began with CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting. His personal experiences with injury and rehabilitation have fuelled his passion for delivering exceptional care. He’s also the Australian Masters Champion in Olympic weightlifting for his age and weight class.
